Position: Account Executive-Advertising Sales
Base of Operations: Central Pennsylvania

constantly looking for new and better ways to enhance the sales process and close
new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, lead-generation and development of new accounts
- Engaging in a consultative sales process to understand and capitalize on client
needs
- Maintaining a detailed contact management database
- Understanding of client/marketer consumer promotions
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of advertising sales
- Working knowledge of Act, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets
- Experience with both agency and client-direct sales
- Strong presentation, networking, time management and interpersonal skills High degree
of integrity and business ethics
- Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record
- Business-casual attire
- Must stay abreast of market conditions and trends.
